They found a way to sell affordable eyeglasses that were made from modern materials and were in the most fashionable styles. Zenni Optical operates with no middleman and very little advertising. They also have no retail overhead. You might wonder how they do this. They make their own eye wear and they sell only their own eye wear and that saves the cost of the middleman. They do not advertise they count on their satisfied customers to do that for them. That tells you how important customer service is to them. If a customer likes or dislikes something they will tell others and Zenni Optical is counting on that because they have confidence in their products. If you give good customer service and sell a good product at a cheap price then you have the recipe for success.
